When do auctions happen?
We run auctions when we have standout pieces to put up for bid — active auctions show at the top of this page. We also run live Facebook auctions from time to time. Follow our Facebook page for announcements.
How do I bid or claim an item?
On this page: use the bid field on the auction widget. Enter a bid above the current price, plus your name and phone number. We'll text you if you win.
What happens if I win?
We'll text you a payment link. You've got 12 hours to pay or the item gets relisted. After three no-pays, you're out of future auctions.
Where and when can I pick up my items?
Swing by our store at 130 Jennelle Road, Christiansburg, starting the Saturday after the auction at 9 AM. We're open Saturday and Sunday 9 AM – 3 PM, and Monday through Thursday 9 AM – 5 PM.
What if I miss out on an item?
No stress — unsold items show up in our online shop or in-store bins later.
Are the items new?
Everything we auction is brand new or it has been quality checked and tested, just like the stuff in our bins.
Can I return an item?
Items may be returned within 48 hours for STORE CREDIT only. The item must be physically returned to us before credit is issued. Please note: if a defect was already listed in the item's description, it can't be returned for that reason.
Can I use loyalty points for an auction item?
No — our system isn't set up to combine the two. We also start auctions below our already-discounted prices on purpose, so winning one is basically a double discount.
